Overview
The Drake Interplanetary Cutlass Black is a medium ship in Star Citizen that is flight ready in the current game build. Its role is light freight and medium fighter. It takes a crew of 3 and carries 46 SCU of cargo. Its SCM speed is 217 m/s with a top speed of 1,150 m/s, close to the 198 m/s average for medium ships. The Cutlass Black is 37.5 m long and 11.5 m tall and weighs 242,177 kg. It comes with a bed to log out in, a walkable interior, a vehicle bay, a quantum drive, a jump drive and a cargo grid. You can buy it in-game for 1,385,300 aUEC or pledge for it on the RSI store for $110.
Drake Interplanetary claims that the Cutlass Black is a low-cost, easy-to-maintain solution for local in-system militia units. The larger-than-average cargo hold, RIO seat and dedicated tractor mount are, the company literature insists, for facilitating search and rescue operations.
