Overview

The Roberts Space Industries Orion is a capital ship in Star Citizen, still in concept and not yet flyable in the game. Its role is heavy mining. It takes a crew of 4 to 7 and carries 384 SCU of cargo. The Orion is 170 m long and 50 m tall and weighs 26,496,000 kg. It comes with a bed to log out in, a walkable interior, a tractor beam, a quantum drive, a jump drive and a cargo grid. It costs $650 on the RSI pledge store and can't be bought with aUEC in-game yet.

The Orion’s features include high-grade turret-mounted tractor beam arrays, plenty of mineral storage and a cabin designed by the team that brought you the Aurora and Constellation! The listed Cargo Capacity is only for the dedicated Cargo Room and does not account for the mined material capacity in the storage pods which will be detailed later.
